Thomas Meunier will join Borussia Dortmund on a four-year deal after his contract with Paris Saint-Germain ends on June 30.
The 28-year-old will join the club after his present arrangement with the French heroes lapses on 30 June.
“Borussia Dortmund plays precisely the football that I need to play: energizing, genuine and common,” Meunier told the Dortmund site
Donning chief Michael Zorc included: “Meunier is a player who has demonstrated his quality at the most elevated level.”
Meunier, who will show up on a free exchange, joined PSG from Club Bruges in 2016 and has won three Ligue 1 titles and two French cups.
He joins individual Belgium internationals Thorgan Hazard and Axel Witsel at the club, who are second in the Bundesliga table.
